Q. What is the minimum stay?
A. Minimum stay is generally 2 nights but can vary depending on the holiday season. Summer and other national holidays typically have a longer minimum stay.
Q. How do we check-in?
A. Check-in instructions will be sent via email. You can check yourself in with a unique electronic code. Check-in usually at 4:00PM and Check-out is at 10:00AM. If you need exceptions to this, please send us an email. We may not be able to accommodate exceptions.
Q. Are there cameras on property?
A. Yes. For guest safety, all entry areas and common areas have cameras. These areas are clearly marked with appropriate signage.
Q. Where is the Gatlinburg property located?
A. We are with in Gatlinburg city limits and very close to major attractions. Exact address will be sent via email along with the rental agreement, once payment has been collected. (We are located very close to Gatlinburg Pittman Junior High School) The distances to common attractions are below:
We are very close to TN 321 and there are no windy roads to access the cabin.
Q. What are your policies?
A. In general, we do not allow parties, smoking, vaping, pets and firearms on the property. This is a family friendly property.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 47.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
Q. Do you have a security deposit requirement and rental agreement?
A. Guests must pay a $1000 refundable security deposit. Upon booking, a renters agreement will be sent over to the primary booking email. State issued ID matching the name on the booking and the credit card is required to confirm booking. If there is something that the guest does not agree to in the renters agreement, please contact us within 12 hours of booking. Any delays will result in 3% credit card fees, even if it lies with in the cancellation window. If you have any questions about the rental agreement, please reach out to us.
Q. What supplies can I expect?
A. Our cabin is designed with your ultimate comfort in mind. Most stays up to 7 days will come with ample linens, soaps, coffee, tea and detergent. If anything else is required, please email us ahead of time.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Please find a home for your furry friends prior to your arrival.
Q. What are the parking instructions?
A. For the Gatlinburg property there is ample space to park on the driveway for 2-3 cars. There is ample street parking for additional cars. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 6 cars.
For the Pigeon Forge property, parking is provided for two cars. There is no extra parking available at the Sequoia Resort for additional cars.

Q. Are there any windy roads to get to the cabin?
A. Gatlinburg: We are located 1.6 miles from Camp Le Conte Resort on TN 321- no windy roads to get to the cabin. This home has a short steep driveway (about 10 feet length) and may need AWD during wet and icy weather conditions. There is ample street parking if you choose to walk up the driveway.
Pigeon Forge: We are located 1.6 miles from Camp Le Conte Resort on TN 321- no windy roads to get to the cabin. This home has a short steep driveway (about 10 feet length) and may need AWD during wet and icy weather conditions. There is ample street parking if you choose to walk up the driveway.
Q. Can you buy travel insurance?
You will have the option to add travel insurance before checkout and this is strongly recommended. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.
Q. Will there be wildlife around?
A. You'll be in the mountains and so nature related elements are inevitable like weather, wildlife & critters, beetles and bugs.You may lose power if there is a snowstorm/fallen trees etc. and might see bears from time to time. Please do follow all the safety protocols and don't approach any bears.
